Transition Towns Romania invite you to an informal discussion on Permaculture with Rakesh „Rootsman” Rak.
Rakesh is a an experimented professor and designer of permaculture and forest gardening, from Great Britain. He designed and implemented permaculture forest gardens for more than 5 years, of different sizes, small for private gardens and schools and large, for farms and community gardens. His most important project is the design of a forest garden within an 80 acres eco-village in Croatia.
Rakesh is in Romania to hold a 10 days design course in Permaculture in Strambeni, Arges. More details: https://www.facebook.com/events/1440728129488301/
Tranzit Garden is one of the community garden projects in Bucharest, coordinated by Ionuț Bădică and Laurențiu Cernat (Transition Towns Romania). From March to November 2014 a group of people are taking care of their plots in the garden of tranzit.ro/ București, following the principles of permaculture and exchanging information with the participants to other community gardens in Bucharest and in the country.
